Terms and Conditions

Special Event — NYE Celebration @ KL Tower

1. Validity

This ticket is valid only on 31 December 2026 for the New Year Eve Celebration event. It does not grant admission on any other date or to any other attraction.

2. Admission & Venue

Observation Deck: Indoor glass-enclosed level
Sky Terrace: Open-air outdoor deck at 300m above ground
Entry opens from 8.30 PM. Fireworks countdown starts at 11:59 PM.

3. Ticket Usage

Ticket must be presented in original form (digital or printed) with valid ID. Duplication, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited and may result in refusal of entry without refund.

4. Dress Code & Conduct

Smart casual attire is required. Sky Terrace is an open-air area — please dress appropriately for weather conditions. Management reserves the right to deny entry to persons deemed improperly dressed or behaving disruptively.

5. Security & Entry

Entry is subject to security checks and venue capacity. Admission is not guaranteed if capacity is reached, even with a valid ticket.

6. Food & Beverage

No outside food, beverages, or alcohol are permitted. F&B options will be available for purchase on-site.

7. Liability

Kuala Lumpur Tower Management shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the event, except where caused by proven negligence on the part of Kuala Lumpur Tower.

8. Governing Terms

This ticket is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions. Kuala Lumpur Tower Management reserves the right of final decision in all matters relating to the event.
