When is the ticket valid?
Tickets are valid ONLY on 31 December 2026. Not valid on any other date.
Can I get a refund?
No. All tickets sold are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Can I transfer or resell my ticket?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and strictly not for resale.
Observation Deck vs Sky Terrace — what's the difference?
Observation Deck is an indoor glass-enclosed level. Sky Terrace is an open-air outdoor deck at 300m with 360° panoramic city views.
What time does the event start?
Entry opens from 6:00 PM. Fireworks countdown starts at 11:59 PM.
Is there a dress code?
Smart casual. Sky Terrace is open-air — dress comfortably and be weather-ready.
Is entry guaranteed with a ticket?
Entry is subject to security checks and venue capacity availability.
Are outside food & drinks allowed?
No outside food or beverages are permitted. F&B is available on-site.
Can the event be cancelled?
Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the event without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control arise.
